Frequently asked questions

Which TikTok Shop markets are supported?

France is the default and the priority market, and the region input also covers the United Kingdom, United States, Germany, Spain, Italy, Ireland, Indonesia, Thailand, Vietnam, Malaysia, the Philippines and Singapore. Prices and currency are read from the marketplace you pick.

Where do I find the product ID?

It is the long numeric ID in a TikTok Shop product URL, such as the number in tiktok.com/view/product/1729480569078716908 or in a shop.tiktok.com product link. You can paste either the raw ID or the full product URL, the ID is detected automatically.

Why do I need a residential proxy?

Pricing and stock are specific to each marketplace, so the actor routes each request through a residential IP in the marketplace country to return the correct local data. The default proxy is Apify residential in France. Keep the proxy country aligned with the region you scrape.

Does the price match what shoppers see in that country?

Yes. Each product belongs to a specific marketplace, and the actor returns the price, currency and stock for the region you select, so a France run returns EUR pricing and French availability.

What happens if a product is unavailable or blocked?

Products that are delisted or not sold in the chosen market return a record with an error note instead of fake data. Transient network errors are retried automatically.
