Can I filter by operation, property type, or price?
Yes, two ways. First, set any filter directly on urbania.pe, copy the resulting URL and paste it as the Search URL. Operation type (venta or alquiler), property type, price range and area filters in the URL are all respected automatically. Second, the actor adds its own optional filters so you do not have to build a URL by hand: minimum and maximum price with a currency, minimum and maximum bedrooms, minimum bathrooms, and minimum and maximum total area. Leave them blank to keep everything the Search URL returns. The price bounds apply to the currency you choose (USD or PEN), since Peruvian listings mix both.
What is the difference between regular listings and projects?

What happens with missing data or unavailable listings?
Fields that a listing does not publish are returned empty rather than guessed. If a page fails to load during a run, that record carries the reason in the error field and the run continues without stopping.
