It covers the markets where QuintoAndar has real inventory, including Sao Paulo, Rio de Janeiro, Belo Horizonte, Curitiba, Porto Alegre, Brasilia, Campinas, Recife and several Sao Paulo and Rio metro cities. You pick the city from a dropdown and choose sale or rent.
How many listings can I collect in one run?
A single city and operation can return tens of thousands of listings. Sao Paulo alone has over 140,000 sale listings. Use the Max Items field to cap a run, or leave it open to collect everything in the city.
Can I filter by price or number of bedrooms?
Yes. You can set a minimum number of bedrooms and a minimum and maximum price. For sale listings the price filter applies to the sale price, and for rent listings it applies to the total monthly cost.
Does every listing include the condominium fee and property tax?
Most do, but QuintoAndar does not always publish a condominium fee or IPTU for a given unit. When the platform does not report a value the field is left null instead of showing a placeholder number.
What happens if a listing has no coordinates or photo?
The scraper maps every field that QuintoAndar exposes for a listing. The vast majority of records include coordinates and a cover photo, and any field the platform does not provide is returned as null rather than a fabricated value.
