How do I target a specific area?
Use the location field with a suburb and state slug such as `bondi-nsw` or `richmond-vic`, or a broader area name. Leave it empty to search nationwide.
How fresh is the data?
Every listing is read live at run time, so each record reflects the directory at the moment of the run (see observedAt).
