What is the difference between the basic and detailed modes?
By default the scraper returns the listing-level fields shown above. Enable Scrape Listing Details to also fetch each property's detail page, which adds the description, amenities, full photo gallery, advertiser contact, coordinates and the administration fee.
Does the scraper return the advertiser phone and WhatsApp?
The advertiser block includes the agency name, type, WhatsApp number when the seller is a particular owner, a masked phone prefix, the office address and the public profile URL. Fincaraíz hides the full plain text phone and email behind a contact form on the InfoCasas leads gateway, so the unmasked number is not available without submitting a lead and the scraper does not guess it.
What happens when a field is missing?
Optional fields such as parking spaces or the administration fee are returned as null when the listing does not publish them. If a page fails to load, the scraper records an error entry for that URL and continues with the rest.
