It works on any real estate website built on the Wasi platform, which powers thousands of agency sites across Colombia, Mexico, Argentina, Peru, Chile and more than 20 countries in total. You can recognize a Wasi site by its property URLs and the shared listing template. Just paste the site home page or a filtered results URL into the input.
How do I scrape only houses for sale, or only rentals?
Apply the filter on the website itself and copy the resulting results URL into the start URL field, or use the operation option to restrict to sale, rent or transfer. The scraper paginates automatically from whatever URL you give it.
Does it return the agent phone and email?
Yes, when Fetch Property Details is enabled the scraper opens each property page and reads the published agent block, returning the agent or agency name, phone and email when the site shows them. Some sites hide one of these, in which case that field is null.
How many properties can I collect per run?
There is no fixed cap. The scraper follows the site pagination until it reaches your Max Items value or runs out of listings. Small agency sites may have only a few dozen properties, while larger ones have thousands.
What happens if a property page fails to load?
The scraper skips that page without stopping the run and records the reason in the error field, so the rest of the dataset stays clean.
